Ingredients

Veggies to be added 2 chopped onions ,one tomato, half a cup of green peas ,two carrots ,few chopped green beans,2 green chillies.

Masala
1 cup Naga rava
2 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 Teaspoon mustard
1 Teaspoon Chana Dal
Cashew for garnishing

Procedure

Take a Tawa pour some ghee or oil .add mustard seeds ,chana Dal and wait for a while.

Now add curry leaves chopped onions, tomato and all the above mentioned vegetables to it and sauté well.

Now add a teaspoon of turmeric powder salt to taste .

Add water for one cup of Rava add three glasses of water allow the water to boil along with the vegetables .

once the veggies are boiled add the roasted Rava to the mixture.

Keep staring till it blends with vegetable.

Allow it to boil for five minutes.

Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves .

Now tasty yummy hot vegetable Rava Kesari is ready to be served
