Pomfret fish fry

Ingredients

1/2 kg pomfret or vanjaram fish

2 tspKashmiri chilli powder

2 tsp Turmeric powder

2 tsp salt

2 tsp Coriander powder

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp normal chilli powder

2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

1 cup Coconut oil to fry the fish

Procedure

Take a flat pan and mix all the above mentioned ingredients in the pan with little Water and make a paste.

Now add the fish to the pan and apply the paste on both sides of the fish such that it is coated fully.

Now refrigerate the fish slices for 30 minutes.

Now take a saucepan heat some coconut oil and fry the fish in Batches.

The film should be in medium temperature.

Fry it for five minutes.

Now the hot spicy Pomfret fish fry is ready to be served.
