In a pan take 2 tbs of thick curd...add 2 tsp of chilli powder...1tsp of chat masala...1tsp of jaljeera powder...2 tbs of ginger garlic paste...one 1tsp of garam masala...one pinch turmeric powder...salt to taste

Beat the above nicely and make like a smooth paste. Add one tbsp of oil. Beat again nicely. Add the square shaped sliced paneer 12 pieces..also sliced capsicum and onion marinate for 20 mints

In a tawa apply ghee...arrange the panner and capsicum as shown in the picture place it on tawa...roast evenly in sim flame...

Serve with lemon and mint leaves ..
