Egg Burji

Ingredients:

Onions ,tomato ,green chilli ,capsicum ,carrot ,beans , green peas and eggs.

Masala items:

Half a spoon turmeric powder salt to taste one spoon Garam masala ,one spoon Kashmiri chilli powder, one spoon Jeera powder, half a spoon pepper powder.

Procedure:

Take a fry pan add two Spoons of cooking oil.
Add few cumin seeds,Curry leaves and add all the chopped vegetables with it and sauté it till it gets cooked.
Add all the masalas and sprinkle some water for the vegetables to get boiled.
After the vegetables are boiled add the egg to it and scramble the egg well till the vegetables get coated with the egg.
Egg burji is ready to be served
Egg Burji is a good combination for Roti
