Coco chip cookies
Ingredients
1 cup Maida ,half a cup butter, 2 teaspoons baking soda ,1 teaspoon baking powder ,1 teaspoon vanilla essence, a pinch of salt ,choco chips 1 cup.
Procedure
Mix all wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately .
Beat the sugar and butter with the electrical beater till it becomes very light and airy.
Now add the wet ingredients to it and mix it well. Preheat the oven for 180°.
Add the chocolate chips to the batter and make it into an oval shape and place it in a pan.
On top of the cookies garnish it with some more choco chips and bake it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
The cookies are hot and yummy to be served
