merely the absence of disease or infirmity.Health is the level of functional and (or) metabolic efficiency of a living being. Health is not

just a state, but also "a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. good health in humans are delivered by health care

providers.
 

             The maintenance and promotion of health is achieved through different   combination of physical, mental, and social

well-being.Maintaining health is an ongoing process, shaped by both the evolution of health care knowledge and practices, as well

as personal strategies and organized interventions for staying healthy.Health and physical fitness tips including information on

men's and women's health and wellness, and all five components of physical fitness: strength training, weight management,

cardiovascular exercise, nutrition, and flexibility.To Maintain a good health drink more water,don’t smoke,eat a variety of food,relax

for 30 minutes a day,floss everyday,get active,get more sleep,drink more tea,eat more protein,etc..
