How to reduce Weight

 



  •  Drink plenty of water.
  •  Drink a glass of water before you start the meal
  • Have one more glass of water while you are having the meal.
  • Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks
  •  Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons
  •  Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice
  •  Increase your fiber intake
  • Go crazy on vegetables.
  •  Fix times to have meals and stick to it.
  •  Quit snacking in between meals
  •  Try to stick to black tea or coffee.
  • Stay away from fried things
  • Do not skip meals
  •  Fresh vegetables are better than cooked or canned vegetables
  •  Make chocolates a luxury and not a routine.
  •  If you can say no to alcoholic beverages please do
  •  Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking
  • Reduce your intake of pork
  •  Limit your sugar intake.
  • Change from table butter to cholesterol free butter.
